Class Description
Classes begin on the floor to encourage release of weight
and the support that the floor rebounds back into the dancing body. Creating
a relaxed body first, the class then moves to the barre for a series of
exercises that foster proper alignment and the integration of floor support.
Dynamic and technically-challenging combinations in the centre get bodies
moving and brains thinking about pathways in space and use of time. Jumping
combinations at the end of class build stamina and a chance for having
fun.
