MODERN TECHNIQUE CLASS - Beginning with a gradual and
systematic warm-up, building awareness of movement pathways, weight
transfer and breathing patterns at the barre, the class will progress
to the floor with a very strong emphasis on core stability, alignment
and musicality. Class will culminate with jumping and
traveling combinations that will build on elements worked on from the
beginning. Inversions, suspensions and unusual spirals into and out of the floor all come into play.
