Members of CADA receive a wide range of Professional Rates or 'community discounts'. Remember to show your CADA Membership Card to prove you are a member in good standing.
Nationally
Dancer Transition Resource Centre (DTRC) CADA members receive a $10 discount on DTRC annual membership fees. The DTRC was founded in 1985 and its mandate is to help dancers make necessary transitions into, within, and from professional performing careers. As a member of the DTRC, a wide range of programs and service are available including five types of professional counselling, and grants for retraining and skills development.
Canadian Dance Assembly (CDA) CADA members receive a $15 discount on CDA annual individual membership fees. The CDA is a national arts service organization dedicated to serving the professional dance community in Canada and exists to facilitate the dynamic exchange of information relevant to Canadian professional dance of all forms and aesthetics.

The Dance Centre (677 Davie Street, Vancouver) CADA/BC members receive $10 off an Associate Artist level membership. Established in 1986 as a resource centre for the dance profession and the public in British Columbia, The Dance Centre has evolved into a multifaceted organization offering a range of activities unparalleled in Canadian dance. Dance Nouveau Studio CADA members receive a 10% discount off of regular class prices.
Lugz Coffee Lounge (2525 Main Street, Vancouver) CADA/BC members receive a 10% discount on all food items. www.lugzcoffee.com
The Dance Shop (1089 W. Broadway, Vancouver) CADA/BC members receive 10% off all regular priced merchandise purchased in the store. If $250 or more is spent, CADA/BC members will receive a 20% off gift card applicable for 6 months from that date. www.thedanceshop.ca
Performance Discounts CADA/BC members receive ticket discounts at several theatres throughout Vancouver. These discounts vary by theatre venue, please be sure to have your membership card with you in order to obtain the discount.
Ontario & Toronto
Performances: Ticket discounts for CADA members are available at almost all dance performance venues in Toronto and through many dance companies, presenters and festivals.
