CADA-ON and CADA-BC are two distinct service organizations that have developed specific membership services in response to their regional communities - each chapters' membership dues reflect these different activities.

 
CADA-BC is a provincial organization in British Columbia. In order to acknowledge the nomadic work life of many professional dance artists and the small size of the dance community in Canada, CADA/BC accepts members residing in other provinces and territories. Artists who are already a member of CADA-ON or RQD, may only apply to CADA/BC as an "Associate Professional" for membership. CADA-BC membership renews annually on October 1st.
           
CADA-ON is a provincial organization in Ontario. In order to acknowledge the nomadic work life of many professional dance artists and the small size of the dance community in Canada, CADA-ON accepts members residing in other provinces. If you are a member of CADA-BC or RQD, then you are eligible only for Associate membership. CADA-ON membership renews annually on June 1.

Categories

Although CADA/BC & CADA-ON have the same membership category titles:

  • Professional Artist
  • Emerging Artist
  • Associate Professional
  • Dance Student

The two chapters have different parameters for each membership category -

Fees

All fees are per annum.

BC Chapter:

  • Professional Artist: $50 *incl. joint membership with the Canadian Dance Assembly
  • Emerging Professional: $40 *incl. joint membership with the CDA
  • Associate Professional: $45 *incl. joint membership with the CDA
  • Dance Student: $20 *incl. joint membership with the CDA

*CADA/BC is currently offering a 6 month membership (October - May) as we alter our annual renewal date to May 1st! Please download our application brochure below for details and 6 month membership rates....

Ontario Chapter:

  • Professional Artist: $120
  • Emerging Artist: $100
  • Associate: $50
  • Dance Student: $20
